From Our Family to Yours: Celebrating International Day of Families

Today is International Day of Families, and around here, that means a lot more than just a spot on the calendar. At TrashHelp, family isn’t just part of our story—it is the story.

We’re a husband-and-wife team, both born and raised right here in Palm Beach County, now raising a family of our own while running a business we built from the ground up. We live out in Loxahatchee, where the trucks roll out early and the evenings are filled with baby bottles and back-to-back softball games. We have 15-year-old twins and a 10-month-old, and yes—it’s as wild as it sounds. But it’s also the heart behind everything we do.

A Business That Grew Up With Us

TrashHelp was built to solve a real problem: too many waste removal companies didn’t show up, didn’t communicate, and didn’t treat your property like it mattered. We knew we could do better—and we knew we wanted to do it our way, rooted in the same values we teach our kids: work hard, be honest, show up for people.

We’ve spent the past several years doing just that. Supporting local contractors, helping families during home renovations, delivering emergency dumpsters after storms, and keeping job sites running smoothly from Boca Raton to Jupiter—and across all of Florida. What started small has grown into something big, but we’ve stayed true to the same mission: real people, reliable service, and no shortcuts.

Still a Family Business—By Choice

Even as we grow, we’ve kept things personal on purpose. When you reach out to TrashHelp, you're getting us. No call centers. No passing the buck. Just a local family doing honest work, raising kids, and building a business we believe in.

Our twins have grown up watching this business take shape—helping load up, riding along, and watching what it means to build something from scratch. Our Lil Guy may not be answering phones yet, but he’s already our favorite little sidekick (and sometimes our loudest supervisor 😂).

From Our Crew to Yours

We know a lot of our customers are families too—juggling work, kids, renovations, cleanups, and everything in between. So today, we just want to say thank you.

Thank you for trusting our family to support yours.

Whether you’ve worked with us once or many times, you’re part of what makes this business possible. We’re proud to serve communities all across Florida—and even prouder to do it as a family, for families.
