2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Pricing is based on dumpster size, weight limits, rental duration, and location

  • Standard pricing includes a set weight limit and rental period

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Overweight loads

    • Extended rental periods

    • Restricted or prohibited materials

All pricing will be communicated before service confirmation.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due as agreed upon at booking or upon service completion

  • We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or service delays

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate service and contact information

  • Ensure clear and safe access for delivery and pickup

  • Use dumpsters only for approved materials

  • Comply with local regulations, HOA rules, and permit requirements if applicable

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items are not allowed in dumpsters unless otherwise agreed:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals, paints, oils

  • Tires, batteries

  • Flammable or explosive materials

Improper disposal may result in additional charges or service refusal.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • We aim to deliver and pick up dumpsters within agreed timeframes

  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Customer must ensure the area is accessible at the scheduled time

7. Damage & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper placement area

  • Trash Help LLC is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing surface damage

    • Damage caused by improper loading or misuse

We take reasonable care during delivery and pickup.

8. Cancellations & Changes

  • Schedule changes must be communicated as early as possible

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to fees

  • We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary

9. SMS & Communication Terms (A2P Compliance)

By submitting your phone number through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Trash Help LLC, including:
